1. Doorstep Inspection & Service Policy
Aqua Water Services Vizag charges an affordable flat inspection fee of ₹100 for doorstep technician diagnosis across Visakhapatnam. This fee covers our technician’s arrival, machine diagnosis, and a calibrated digital TDS water quality test.
Before any part replacement or repair is performed, the technician will present an exact verbal or written cost estimate. You are never obligated to proceed with repairs if you do not wish to do so.
2. 1-Year Filter Replacement Warranty
Our complete filter replacement package (₹3,500 – ₹5,000) includes a comprehensive 1-Year Warranty on the installed filtration cartridges under normal domestic usage conditions.
- The warranty covers manufacturing defects and premature filtration failure.
- The warranty does not cover electrical motor burnout caused by dry running without water supply or extreme electrical voltage fluctuations.
- Any tampering, unapproved third-party modifications, or physical damage invalidates the warranty.
3. Privacy & Data Protection
We respect your personal privacy. Any personal information you submit via our booking forms, WhatsApp messages, or phone calls (including your name, phone number, physical address, and service preferences) is used strictly for scheduling technician visits and providing customer support.
We never sell, rent, trade, or distribute your phone number or contact details to third-party telemarketers or external advertisers.
